Interior Designer Hotels & Hospitality
Experience Required:

Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with proven experience in the hospitality sector. The candidate will be responsible for designing functional, aesthetically appealing, and brand-aligned interiors for hotel and hospitality projects, ensuring high-quality standards and guest-centric design solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative interior design concepts for hotels, resorts, restaurants, and other hospitality spaces.
- Prepare mood boards, design presentations, and material selections.
- Create detailed drawings, layouts, 3D visualizations, and construction documentation.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, vendors, and project managers to ensure smooth execution.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and project budgets.
- Select furniture, fixtures, equipment (FF&E), lighting, and finishes.
- Maintain strong knowledge of current trends in hospitality design and guest experience.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design (mandatory).
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in hospitality projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of space planning, materials, lighting, and color theory.
- Excellent visualization and presentation skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Knowledge of sustainable and cost-effective design practices is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working on luxury or boutique hotel projects.
- Familiarity with brand standards of international hotel chains.
- Ability to handle client presentations and stakeholder interactions.
