Role Overview

We are expanding our design team and looking for a creative, passionate, and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join us.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements, lifestyle needs, and budget constraints
• Create innovative design concepts, layouts, and space plans
• Develop 2D drawings, 3D visualizations, and detailed working drawings
• Present design ideas confidently to clients and incorporate feedback
• Coordinate with sales, project, and site teams for smooth execution
• Assist in material selection including finishes, laminates, hardware, and lighting
• Ensure design accuracy and alignment with execution on-site
• Monitor design timelines and ensure timely delivery of drawings
• Handle multiple projects while maintaining quality and consistency
• Provide design solutions to resolve site or execution challenges

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or a related field
• 14 years of relevant experience in residential or commercial interiors
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of space planning, materials, finishes, and lighting
• Ability to create and interpret 2D drawings, 3D visuals, and working drawings
• Good communication and presentation skills for client interactions
• Basic knowledge of site execution and coordination
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
