Essenn Architects is seeking a talented and driven Interior Designer with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in 3D visualization, material selection, and an eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced design environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop interior design concepts aligned with project briefs and client requirements
- Create high-quality 3D models and realistic renders for residential and/or commercial projects
- Assist in material, finish, furniture, and fixture selection and preparation of material boards
- Prepare drawings, layouts, and presentations for internal reviews and client meetings
- Coordinate with senior designers, architects, and consultants during various design stages
- Support execution drawings and site-related design clarifications
- Stay updated with current interior design trends, materials, and finishes
Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor's in Interior Design or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in interior design
- Strong hands-on experience in 3D rendering and visualization
- Proficiency in design software such as:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp / 3ds Max
- V-Ray / Lumion / Enscape (or similar)
- Photoshop (preferred)
- Good understanding of materials, finishes, and detailing
- Fast learner with a proactive and positive attitude
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
