For years, Endlos Furnitures has designed and manufactured premium furniture for leading hospitality brands across the United States, serving globally recognized hotel chains including Wyndham, Hyatt, IHG and other international hospitality brands. Built on a strong manufacturing foundation, we manage the complete journey from design and product development to manufacturing and delivery.

As we continue to grow, we're expanding beyond hospitality by building our consumer-focused E-Commerce business for the Indian market. This new business vertical combines our manufacturing expertise with thoughtful product design, technology, and customer-centric experiences.

To support this expansion, we're growing our existing design team and bringing together professionals across product development, manufacturing, marketing, and technology. You'll work alongside experienced designers while helping shape our next phase of growth.

The Opportunity

As an Interior Designer – Furniture & Home Interiors, you'll be part of the team responsible for developing products and experiences for our consumer furniture business. Your primary focus will be on designing furniture products, collections, and product experiences for our E-Commerce platform while collaborating closely with our existing design team, manufacturing specialists, product developers, and marketing professionals. You'll also contribute to room concepts and interior visualizations that help customers imagine our products in real homes, with opportunities to support our Home Interiors vertical as it grows.

What You'll Work On

Furniture Design & Product Development

• Design furniture products and collections across multiple categories.
• Develop concepts balancing aesthetics, functionality, ergonomics and manufacturability.
• Prepare concept drawings, 3D models, renders and production-ready documentation.
• Collaborate with manufacturing from concept through production.
• Research furniture materials, finishes, hardware and market trends.

Customer Experience & Visual Design

• Create room concepts and lifestyle visualizations.
• Develop product presentation concepts for catalogues and digital platforms.
• Work with the marketing team on launches and visual content.
• Help build a consistent design language across the consumer brand.

Home Interiors

• Assist in developing curated home interior concepts using Endlos furniture.
• Support the evolution of the Home Interiors offering.

What We're Looking For

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Furniture Design, Product Design, Architecture or related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in furniture design, residential interiors, modular furniture, product design or related
• fields.
• Fresh graduates with exceptional portfolios are encouraged to apply.

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD, SketchUp and a rendering software (V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion or similar).
• Strong understanding of furniture construction, materials, finishes and hardware.
• Ability to prepare concept drawings, 3D models and visualizations.
