Role Description The Senior Interior Designer will lead interior design projects from concept to completion, including developing design concepts, preparing detailed drawings, and overseeing implementation. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients to understand project requirements, managing space planning, selecting materials and finishes, and specifying FF&E to align with the design vision. The role involves collaborating closely with architects, contractors, and vendors, reviewing construction drawings, and ensuring quality and consistency throughout all project phases. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, requiring regular presence in the studio and at project locations.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Interior Design and Space Planning, with the ability to develop functional and aesthetically cohesive layouts.
• Knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings, including the ability to interpret and coordinate technical documentation.
• Experience with FF&E selection and specification, including finishes, fixtures, and furnishings that align with project concepts.
• Proficiency in design and visualization tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar), and familiarity with presentation software.
• Proven experience leading interior design projects, preferably in residential or hospitality sectors, with a portfolio demonstrating design excellence.
• Strong communication and client management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering projects on time and within scope.
