Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team and contribute to delivering functional, aesthetically appealing design solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will assist in conceptualizing designs, preparing layouts, selecting materials, coordinating with vendors, and supporting project execution from start to finish. This position is well-suited for individuals looking to enhance their design expertise and grow their career in a dynamic, fast-paced environment within the interior design industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients, project managers, and the design team to create interior concepts for hospitality
spaces (hotels, resorts, restaurants).
Develop design presentations, mood boards, 3D renders, and detailed drawings to communicate ideas
effectively.
Translate client requirements into functional and aesthetically appealing interior solutions.
Work closely with the furniture manufacturing team to ensure custom furniture aligns with design intent.
Select materials, finishes, fabrics, and color palettes that meet brand standards and durability requirements
for hospitality projects.
Prepare detailed layouts, space planning, and case goods designs tailored for hotel rooms, lobbies, and
public areas.
Stay updated with global hospitality design trends and integrate them into projects.
Ensure compliance with safety, ergonomics, and hospitality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, architects, and vendors to ensure project execution matches the approved
design.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
23 years of experience as an Interior Designer (hospitality projects preferred).
Strong portfolio showcasing hospitality or commercial interior projects.
Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, and MS Office.
Good understanding of furniture design, space planning, and material specifications.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of international design trends and hotel brand standards is an advantage.
