Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Interior Designer based in the Pune Division, with flexible opportunities for remote work. The Interior Designer will handle space planning and execute creative interior designs aligned with client needs. Primary responsibilities include preparing and reviewing construction drawings, collaborating on architectural planning, and selecting FF&E (fixtures, furniture, and equipment) to elevate functional and aesthetic aspects of projects. The role also involves consulting with clients, ensuring project timelines are met, and adhering to sustainable building practices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design processes, with an ability to create innovative and functional layouts.
• Experience with Architecture and Construction Drawings, including CAD and other design tools, to translate concepts into precise project plans.
• Knowledge of FF&E (fixtures, furniture, and equipment) selection, sourcing, and integration into design projects.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with sustainable design principles and environmentally friendly materials is highly desired.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with experience in client engagement and presentations.
