Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in the Pune Division. The responsibilities of the role include creating innovative interior designs, developing space planning solutions, preparing construction drawings, and selecting FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment). The Interior Designer will collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure designs are both functional and aesthetically aligned with project goals. Working on a variety of residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects is a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Interior Design and Space Planning to create functional and visually appealing environments
• Understanding of Architecture and skilled in creating detailed Construction Drawings
• Experience in Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) selection and specification
• Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or related programs)
• A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is required
• Experience in coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors is a plus
• Attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines
