Role Overview

As an Interior Designer at Designest, you will:

• Collaborate with clients to conceptualize, design, and execute interior projects
• Drive store sales through client consultations and design presentations
• Develop and present compelling design concepts
• Handle Indore projects along with Project Cordinators from concept to execution
• Prepare detailed construction drawings on our software
• Select FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment)
• Optimize space planning according to client requirements
• Coordinate with architects, project management teams, and site teams
• Ensure smooth coordination with the internal team throughout project execution

This is a hands-on, on-site role based in Indore, combining design expertise with client engagement and sales responsibility.

Qualifications

Strong background in Architecture / Interior Design

Experience in residential modular interiors

Understanding of sales processes in a retail/design environment

Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.)

Strong communication and client-handling skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
