Required Skills:

• Experience in designing and executing projects
• Well-versed with working drawings
• Effective client coordination and communication
• Proficiency in: AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp Pro, Rendering software, Working drawings

Job Profile:

Develop interior design concepts based on project requirements.

Create presentations, mood boards, color palettes, material selection, and furniture layouts.

Develop 2D plans, 3D visualizations, and renderings to communicate design ideas.

Prepare detailed working drawings, specifications, and BOQs (Bill of Quantities).

Conduct regular site visits and create project reports to ensure accurate implementation of design elements.

Address on-site challenges and coordinate with architect, contractor and vendors.
