Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer proficient in AutoCAD and 3D design software to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas, technical precision, and the ability to translate client requirements into stunning design solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop space planning, layouts, and interior design concepts.
- Create detailed 2D drawings (AutoCAD) and 3D visualisations for presentations.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and vendors.
- Develop the detailed design as per specifications
- Source and recommend materials, finishes, and furnishings.
- Prepare mood boards, design presentations, and project documentation.
- Ensure design compliance with measurements, budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design/ Architecture.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp/3ds Max/Revit, and rendering tools (V-Ray, Lumion, etc.).
- Strong sense of design aesthetics, colour, and detailing.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
