Interior Designer cum 3D Visualizer

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creatively driven Interior Designer cum 3D Visualizer who can seamlessly translate design concepts into high-quality visual outputs. This role sits at the intersection of design thinking and visual storytelling, contributing to luxury residential projects across Mumbai.

Design & Concept Development

• Develop interior design concepts aligned with project vision, brand language, and target audience
• Work on mood boards, material palettes, layouts, and spatial planning
• Collaborate with architects and project teams to refine design direction

3D Visualization

• Create high-quality 3D renders and walkthroughs for interiors and select exterior elements
• Translate design briefs into photorealistic visuals for presentations, marketing, and client approvals
• Ensure lighting, textures, and materials reflect a luxury aesthetic

Execution Support

• Prepare working drawings and design documentation
• Assist in material selection, vendor coordination, and site alignment
• Ensure design intent is maintained through execution

Creative Collaboration

• Work closely with branding, marketing, and leadership teams to create compelling visual narratives
• Contribute to presentations, pitch decks, and campaign visuals

• Strong proficiency in:
• AutoCAD
• SketchUp / 3ds Max
• V-Ray / Corona Renderer / Lumion / Enscape
• Adobe Photoshop (must)
• Good understanding of materials, lighting, and textures
• Ability to produce high-end, photorealistic renders
• Strong design sensibility with attention to detail

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design / Architecture
• 2-4 years of relevant experience (preferably in luxury residential or real estate)
• Experience working on show flats, marketing visuals, or premium residential projects
