Role Description:

We are hiring a skilled Interior Designer to handle end-to-end residential interior projects, from space planning and design development to site coordination and final execution. This role requires strong 2D design skills, client interaction, and on-site involvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed 2D drawings and layouts as per client requirements
• Conduct site visits for measurements and coordination
• Develop space planning and furniture layouts
• Incorporate client feedback and make necessary design revisions
• Coordinate with 3D visualizers for project visualizations
• Finalize soft furnishings, finishes, and electrical layouts
• Prepare final drawings and estimations
• Coordinate with the project and execution team during installation
• Ensure timely approvals from clients and internal design managers
• Maintain project documentation and daily progress updates
• Achieve high levels of client satisfaction upon project completion

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma in Interior Design / B.Sc Design / Relevant qualification
• Residential interior experience is mandatory
• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD
• Good understanding of materials, layouts, and execution processes
• Excellent communication skills (English & local language)
• Strong time management and coordination abilities
• Willingness to work on-site and from office

• Candidates with civil engineering background will not be considered
