Role Description This is an on-site internship role for an Interior Designer based in Lucknow. The intern will assist in developing interior concepts, preparing mood boards, and supporting space planning for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. Daily activities include helping with construction drawing sets, coordinating FF&E selections (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and collaborating with senior designers on design presentations. The role also involves site visits for measurements and progress reviews, maintaining project documentation, and communicating with vendors under supervision. Interns will work closely with the design team to learn studio workflows and contribute to delivering high-quality, detail-oriented design solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Interior Design and Space Planning, with the ability to translate concepts into functional layouts.
• Basic understanding of Architecture and Construction Drawings, including familiarity with drafting tools and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or similar).
• Knowledge of FF&E, including materials, finishes, furniture styles, and sourcing from vendors.
• Pursuing or having completed a degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related field.
• Proficiency in visual presentation tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and ability to create mood boards and design presentations.
• Attention to detail, strong aesthetic sense, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced studio environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with a professional approach to working with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Availability to work on-site in Lucknow for the full duration of the internship.
