Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Designer located in Chennai. The Interior Designer will be responsible for developing and implementing creative design concepts and layouts. Key tasks include space planning, creating construction drawings, selecting FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment), and collaborating with architects and contractors to execute interior and architectural designs. The role will also require client collaboration to deliver projects that align with their vision and functional requirements.minimum one year experience

Qualifications

• Expertise in Space Planning and Interior Design to optimize functionality and aesthetics
• Strong knowledge of Architecture and the ability to create effective Construction Drawings
• Proficiency in Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) selection and specification
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with contractors and project teams
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or equivalent tools
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Experience in residential interior projects is a plus
