Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with proven experience in residential interior design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing aesthetically appealing and functional residential spaces aligned with client requirements and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret client requirements and create concept designs and space plans.
- Develop AutoCAD drawings, 3D visualizations, and presentation boards.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting suited to project budgets and style.
- Prepare and maintain BOQs, project timelines, and cost estimates.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure design quality.
- Present design concepts and updates to clients confidently and professionally.
- Stay current with interior design trends, materials, and technologies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 36 years of hands-on experience in residential interiors (apartments, villas, or luxury homes).
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp/3Ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, and MS Office.
- Excellent visualization, detailing, and presentation skills.
- Strong communication and client interaction abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in premium/luxury residential projects.
