Interior Designer / Architect

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Interior Designer / Architect located in Chennai. Responsibilities include working on space planning, developing interior design concepts, creating detailed construction drawings, and managing FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment). The role also involves collaborating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

• Expertise in Space Planning and Interior Design
• Proficiency in Architecture and Construction Drawings
• Familiarity with FF&E design and selection processes
• Strong knowledge of design tools and software, such as AutoCAD or SketchUp, is preferred
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate design ideas effectively
• Good understanding of current design trends, materials, and sustainable practices is an asset
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
• Prior professional experience in a similar role is highly preferred
