Interior Designer

We're looking for a Mid–Senior Designer to join a dynamic studio in Gurgaon and take the creative lead on diverse architecture and interior design projects. This role demands a balance of conceptual excellence, technical precision, and confident leadership—perfect for a designer who thrives on pushing boundaries and delivering exceptional spatial experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design development from concept to execution for multiple projects.
• Communicate with clients independently—present ideas, manage feedback, and align design vision.
• Mentor junior designers and oversee drawing sets, presentations, and 3D visuals.
• Coordinate with consultants and vendors to ensure smooth, timely delivery.
• Conduct site visits for execution oversight and issue resolution.
• Select materials and finishes in line with concept and budget.
• Prepare working drawings and construction documents with attention to detail.

Requirements

• Proven project leadership from concept to completion
• Strong eye for detail, spatial design, and innovation
• Excellent communication and team management
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, Lumion/Enscape/V-Ray

Work Schedule:

• Location: Sushant Lok Phase 1, Gurgaon
• Work Type: Full-time, Work from Office
• Schedule: Monday - Saturday (10:00 am to 7:00 pm)
