Role Description The Interior Designer will work on-site in Noida in a full-time capacity, collaborating with clients and internal teams to design and deliver residential and commercial interiors. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design concepts, preparing layouts and mood boards, selecting materials and finishes, and coordinating furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E). The role involves creating detailed drawings, working closely with vendors and contractors, and overseeing implementation to ensure design integrity, budget adherence, and timely project completion. The Interior Designer will participate in client meetings, present design proposals, and refine solutions based on feedback to achieve functional, visually compelling spaces.
Qualifications

• Strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills to create functional, aesthetically balanced layouts.
• Knowledge of Architecture and ability to interpret and integrate Construction Drawings into interior solutions.
• Hands-on experience with FF&E selection, including furniture, fixtures, finishes, and accessories.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools).
• Solid understanding of materials, lighting, and current design trends.
• Excellent visual presentation, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and coordinate with contractors and vendors on-site.
• Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; prior studio or firm experience is preferred.
