Interior Designer

An architecture and interior design practice based in T- Nagar,Chennai is hiring an Interior Designer with an experience range of 1-3 years to support residential interior assignments. The studio works across design development, documentation, and on-site coordination.

The Interior Designer will assist in developing interior layouts, preparing drawings, coordinating materials, and supporting site execution to ensure alignment with approved designs and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare interior layout plans and technical drawings

Develop plans, elevations, sections, and detailing

Support preparation of presentation drawings and visualisations

Assist in material and finish selection coordination

Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and site teams

Participate in client discussions when required

Support site visits to monitor progress against drawings

Maintain drawing revisions and project documentation

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture

13 years of professional experience in interior design

Experience in residential interior projects

Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp

Understanding of interior materials, finishes, and detailing practices

Ability to manage assigned tasks within defined timelines

Good communication and coordination skills

Location: T- Nagar, Chennai

Working days: Monday - Saturday (10:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
