Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Create concept designs, mood boards, and material palettes based on client requirements.

Develop detailed technical drawings (plans, sections, elevations) using AutoCAD/SketchUp.

Produce 3D models and design visualizations with SketchUp + Enscape (or preferred tools).

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams for material selection, samples, and approvals.

Conduct site visits to ensure design intent is being followed accurately.

Prepare BOQs, design presentations, and documentation sets.

Maintain project timelines and ensure deliverables are submitted as scheduled.

Assist in client meetings and provide design insights and solutions.

Stay updated with design trends, new materials, and interior products.
