Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in New Delhi. The Interior Designer will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing mood boards, and translating ideas into detailed drawings and presentations. Day-to-day tasks include space planning, coordinating with architects and consultants, creating construction drawings, and selecting materials, finishes, and FF&E items. The role involves site visits, coordination with contractors and vendors, and monitoring design execution to ensure alignment with project intent and quality standards. The Interior Designer will collaborate closely with the design lead and project teams, participate in client meetings, and support the complete design process from concept through completion.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Interior Design and Architecture, with the ability to integrate spatial, aesthetic, and functional requirements.
  • Proficiency in Space Planning and layout development for luxury residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
  • Experience preparing detailed Construction Drawings and technical documentation for execution on site.
  • Knowledge of FF&E selection, specifications, and coordination, including materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories.
  • Proficiency in relevant design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit or similar, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office).
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Strong visual communication skills, including presentation, mood board creation, and 2D/3D visualization.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to participate in site coordination and fieldwork as required.
