Role Description
Employee's initial duties hereunder shall include the following:
- Design Development & Conceptualization
- Create layouts, mood boards, 3D renders, and detailed drawings.
- Align designs with EPC compliance standards, D&B execution workflows, and retail branding guidelines.
- Project Execution & Coordination
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, PMC, and contractors.
- Supervise site execution, ensuring adherence to design intent, safety codes, and timelines.
- Manage BOQ for procurement of materials, finishes, and fixtures in line with project budgets in supervision of Project Manager.
- Client & Stakeholder Management
- Conduct client consultations, present design proposals, and manage approvals.
- Handle escalations, track progress, and maintain transparent communication.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare BOQs, compliance reports, MOMs, and photographic records.
- Maintain project trackers, schedules, and cost-control documentation.
- Retail Branding Integration
- Translate brand identity into spatial design, signage, and customer experience.
- Coordinate with vendors for branding rollouts, VM installations, and retail fit-outs as a optional requirement.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills to create functional, aesthetically pleasing layouts.
- Candidates should possess Architecture and Construction Drawings skills to develop accurate plans and coordinate with project and site teams.
- 2–6 years experience in retail fit-outs or branding agencies, EPC, D&B, or Retail Branding projects.
- Candidates should possess FF&E expertise to select and specify furniture, fixtures, and equipment aligned with design and budget.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Illustrator, Photoshop, SketchUp, 3DS MAX, Vray, Illustrator, CorelDraw) and familiarity with material and finish specifications.
- Strong visual communication skills, including the ability to prepare presentations, mood boards, retail psychology, VM principles, and brand guidelines and detailed documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, work on-site with cross-functional teams, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Pan India Strong Network(Vendor)
- Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; prior experience in retail or commercial interiors is an advantage.
Work Environment:
- Design studios or offices
- Client sites (homes, offices, retail spaces) May require travel and flexible working hours
- Work Hours: Full-time, Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM.
- Required for site visits, vendor meetings, and client presentations.
