Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Create3D interior models & 4k rendersbased on design concepts, sketches, and 2D drawings forresidential projects.
Develop quick, accurate3D visualizationsfor design presentations and internal reviews.
Work partially on2D drawingsto support layouts, elevations, and coordination requirements.
Assist in preparingproduction-aligned 3D modelsthat reflect materials, finishes, and detailing accurately.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain organized files and version control for models and drawings.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experiencein interior design with strong exposure toresidential3D modeling.
Proficiency inSketchUp or other 3D software; AutoCAD knowledge is an added advantage.
Experience working on both3D and basic 2D drawings.
Strong understanding ofinterior materials, finishes, lighting, and spatial design.
Ability to translate 2D drawings, sketches, and design briefs into accurate 3D models.
Willingness and ability tolearn new 3D & 2D softwaresuch asCoohoom, Naadi, or other tools as required.
Adaptable to different design styles and project types.
Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
