Responsibilities
- Create 3D interior models & 4k renders based on design concepts, sketches, and 2D drawings for residential projects.
- Develop quick, accurate 3D visualizations for design presentations and internal reviews.
- Work partially on 2D drawings to support layouts, elevations, and coordination requirements.
- Assist in preparing production-aligned 3D models that reflect materials, finishes, and detailing accurately.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain organized files and version control for models and drawings.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design with strong exposure to residential 3D modeling.
- Proficiency in SketchUp or other 3D software; AutoCAD knowledge is an added advantage.
- Experience working on both 3D and basic 2D drawings.
- Strong understanding of interior materials, finishes, lighting, and spatial design.
- Ability to translate 2D drawings, sketches, and design briefs into accurate 3D models.
- Willingness and ability to learn new 3D & 2D software such as Coohoom, Naadi, or other tools as required.
- Adaptable to different design styles and project types.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Package: CTC: 3.6 LPA, based on experience and skill level.
