Interior Designer :Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Interior Designer who will be responsible for developing creative interior design concepts, preparing and reviewing construction drawings, collaborating on space planning, selecting FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment), Additionally, the role will require coordinating with clients, vendors, and contractors to bring customized designs to life. Putting the client's vision at the forefront while ensuring all design elements align harmoniously will be a key aspect of the role.
Qualifications
3D Designer : Role description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an 3D Designer who will be responsible for developing 3d's based on design concept. Proficiency in industry-standard software (Blender, Maya, 3ds Max), a strong, specialized portfolio, and 3D modeling/texturing skills. While a bachelor's degree in graphic design or fine arts is preferred, it is not mandatory; technical competence, artistic ability, and practical experience will be taken into account.
Site Supervisor: Role description
This is a full time, on site role. Site Supervisor will be responsible for on-site management, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations. Key duties include directing labor, coordinating subcontractors, monitoring quality, conducting inspections, and maintaining safety protocols
