This role is NOT for freshers or generic salespeople.
We are looking for a Residential Interior Sales Executive who has real experience handling home interior clients, site visits, and deal closures in Bengaluru.
If you have not worked with an interior design firm, please do not apply.
What You'll Actually Do (Day-to-Day)
* Handle qualified inbound residential interior leads (no cold calling)
* Meet clients at office & site to understand budget, scope & timelines
* Coordinate with designers for layouts, BOQs & proposals
* Follow up aggressively and close deals
* Handle pricing objections, material discussions & timelines
* Maintain lead and client tracking properly
Eligibility (Non-Negotiable)
* Minimum 1 year experience in residential interior sales
* Experience working with an interior design firm
* Comfortable with site visits & client meetings
* Strong communication & negotiation skills
* Closure-oriented mindset

Salary & Incentives
Fixed Salary: 40,000 55,000 per month (based on experience)
Attractive monthly incentives on closures
No upper limit on incentives
