Interior Designer / Sales Executive / Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Tuesday to Sunday)

Weekly Off: Monday

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Interior Designer / Sales & BDE professional who can handle client interactions, design consultations, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have a blend of design expertise and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand client requirements and provide interior design solutions
  • Create design concepts, mood boards, and space planning layouts
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and consultations
  • Convert leads into successful sales closures
  • Generate new business opportunities through networking and referrals
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and execution teams
  • Ensure timely project delivery and client satisfaction
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business
Requirements:
  • Experience in interior design, sales, or business development (preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Basic knowledge of design tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.) is a plus
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
Salary:
