Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Interior Designer cum Sales Executive who has a strong understanding of interior design along with the ability to interact with clients and convert leads. The ideal candidate should have a creative design sense, good communication skills, and the ability to manage clients from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and provide suitable interior design solutions.

• Conduct client meetings, consultations, and site visits.

• Prepare design concepts, mood boards, and space planning layouts.

• Create 2D drawings using AutoCAD and 3D models using SketchUp.

• Assist clients in selecting materials, finishes, colors, and furnishings.

• Present design ideas and explain concepts clearly to clients.

• Handle sales inquiries and convert leads into projects.

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and execution teams.

• Ensure smooth project communication from design stage to execution.

• Maintain strong client relationships and follow-ups.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong sales and client handling ability.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.

• Basic knowledge of interior materials, furniture, finishes, and space planning.

• Ability to create presentations and design proposals.

• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualification

• Degree or Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture.

• 1–2 years of experience in interior design or interior sales.

• Experience in handling residential interior projects is preferred.
