Interior Design Project Manager

About the Role

We are a high-end interior design studio that delivers full-service, turnkey projects. We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Project Manager who can take full ownership of site execution, vendor coordination, timelines, and handovers. You will be the single point of contact between our design team, clients, and vendors during the execution stage.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage end-to-end execution of residential and commercial interior projects.

Review design drawings, BOQs and ensure accurate implementation on site.

Prepare project timelines and track daily progress to ensure on-time completion.

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, factory teams and clients.

Manage procurement schedules, material follow-ups and on-site deliveries.

Conduct quality checks, snag identification and rectification before handover.

Escalate site issues proactively and provide solutions.

Must-Have Skills

Strong understanding of interior execution processes (civil, electrical, carpentry, finishes).

Ability to read technical drawings and check dimensions on site.

Hands-on site management experience.

Excellent communication and follow-up skills.

Familiarity with MS Excel / Google Sheets for project tracking.

Bonus: Experience in modular furniture fit-outs.

Qualifications

Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Execution.

3-6 years of experience in interior site execution or project coordination roles.
