Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Manager to lead the on-site execution of high-end modular interior projects. This role requires deep expertise in modular furniture systems, an understanding of premium residential fit-outs, and strong coordination capabilities to deliver flawless installations.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee end-to-end execution of modular interiors for luxury residential projects
- Coordinate between design, factory, logistics, and site teams for timely and quality execution
- Interpret detailed modular shop drawings and ensure accurate implementation on site
- Supervise installation teams across cabinetry, paneling, and modular furniture systems
- Track project milestones, monitor costs, and ensure high-quality workmanship
- Manage site readiness checks and coordinate civil/electrical works in alignment with modular fitments
- Maintain daily site reports, snag lists, and client communication
- Ensure project handover meets brand and client expectations
- Uphold safety protocols and quality standards at all times
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design
- 5+ years experience in executing high-end modular interior projects
- Sound technical understanding of modular systems, finishes, and fitment tolerances
- Strong ability to read and coordinate GFCs, shop drawings, and service layouts
- Proficient in project management tools, MS Excel, and basic CAD reading
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and team coordination skills
- Experience working with high-net-worth clients or luxury home developers is a plus
- Flexibility to manage multiple sites and travel as required
