Overview: We are expanding our interior design team and seek creative designers who deliver immersive, functional, and beautiful spaces. We have opportunities for early-career designers and experienced leads.
Focus: Projects include concept development, detailed documentation, FF&E selection, and client collaboration to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop concepts, mood boards, and space plans that meet client goals.
- Produce drawings, review shop drawings, and ensure specification alignment.
- Prepare estimates, quotes, and track project budgets.
- Source materials, furniture, and dcor; coordinate with vendors and manufacturers.
- Manage FF&E selection and any required customization.
- Create 3D models and renderings (SketchUp proficiency preferred).
- Collaborate with architects, project managers, and clients to meet schedules and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and common rendering tools.
- Strong knowledge of furniture, materials, and finishes.
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality execution.
- Leadership and project management experience required for the senior role.
