The Role: Creative Design & Client Centricity
We are looking for an experienced and highly creative Lead Interior Designer/Consultant with a flair for design and a strong focus on client satisfaction. You will be the customer's trusted friend and design expert, responsible for turning their vision into reality and driving project success.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative Design: Visualize, conceptualize, and sketch innovative design plans for residential projects (apartments, villas, modular spaces) that align with client requirements and aesthetic preferences.
- Client Management (Sales + Design): Meet with clients, understand their needs, present design concepts using advanced tools (3D/VR walkthroughs), and finalize the scope of work and materials. The role includes a sales component focused on closing design deals.
- Technical Proficiency: Create accurate 2D/3D renderings and mock-ups using industry-standard software. Prepare the Bill of Materials (BOM) for procurement.
- Project Execution: Collaborate with the execution and procurement teams to ensure seamless implementation, quality control, and timely project delivery.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain expert knowledge of materials, finishes, latest design trends, and modular product specifications.
We are looking for someone who has :
- Proven experience in a client-facing Interior Design or Design/Sales role, preferably within residential projects or a modular interior firm.
- Exceptional skills in creative design and the ability to articulate design ideas succinctly.
- Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, and other rendering tools.
- A strong portfolio showcasing successfully executed residential projects.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with a strong commitment to customer-centricity.
- A Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
