The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

What You'll Be Doing- Curating the Experience: Welcome premium walk-in clients and guide them through our collections with storytelling and technical expertise.
- Design-Led Selling: Use your background to provide on-the-spot styling advice, spatial planning, and mood board suggestions.
- Closing with Grace: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry and site visits to final delivery and installation.
- Building Relationships: Maintain a network of architects, interior designers, and HNI (High-Net-Worth) clients.
What We're Looking For- The Background: A degree or diploma in Interior Design or Architecture is highly preferred.
- The Hustle: Proven experience in luxury retail or high-end furniture sales.
- The Aesthetic: An impeccable sense of style and a deep understanding of materials, fabrics, and finishes.
- The Talk: Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (a bit of Rajasthani charm doesn't hurt!).
- The Tech: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or simple floor-planning tools is a massive plus.
