Job Description

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
  • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
  • Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers

What You'll Be Doing
  • Curating the Experience: Welcome premium walk-in clients and guide them through our collections with storytelling and technical expertise.
  • Design-Led Selling: Use your background to provide on-the-spot styling advice, spatial planning, and mood board suggestions.
  • Closing with Grace: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry and site visits to final delivery and installation.
  • Building Relationships: Maintain a network of architects, interior designers, and HNI (High-Net-Worth) clients.
What We're Looking For
  • The Background: A degree or diploma in Interior Design or Architecture is highly preferred.
  • The Hustle: Proven experience in luxury retail or high-end furniture sales.
  • The Aesthetic: An impeccable sense of style and a deep understanding of materials, fabrics, and finishes.
  • The Talk: Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (a bit of Rajasthani charm doesn't hurt!).
  • The Tech: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or simple floor-planning tools is a massive plus.
