Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Interior Architect based in Bengaluru, with the flexibility of some remote work. The Interior Architect will be responsible for designing and planning interior spaces, developing innovative design concepts, managing interior fit-out projects, and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver exceptional results. Day-to-day tasks will include creating detailed layouts, ensuring design feasibility and compliance, and communicating with stakeholders to bring creative visions to life.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design to create functional and aesthetically appealing environments.
- Strong background in Architecture and Interior Architecture to ensure cohesive and innovative design solutions.
- Experience in managing Interior Fit-out projects, including material selection, budgeting, and project execution.
- Exceptional visual presentation, attention to detail, and knowledge of design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit) are essential.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is required.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients, vendors, and project teams.
- Knowledge of sustainable and eco-friendly design principles is considered a plus.
- Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards is preferred.
