Key Responsibilities:
- Working Drawings:
- Develop comprehensive and accurate working drawings for medium to large-scale interior projects.
- Collaborate with the design team to translate conceptual designs into detailed construction-ready documents.
- Design Development:
- Assist in the preparation of detailed design packages, including layouts, sections, elevations, and joinery details.
- Ensure designs meet both functional requirements and aesthetic goals.
- Attention to Detail:
- Conduct meticulous quality checks on drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
- Maintain documentation standards and keep all files organized and up to date.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Architecture or Architecture.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in interior design/architecture, with a strong portfolio of medium to large-scale projects.
- Technical Expertise: Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional focus on precision, ensuring all drawings and specifications meet the highest standards.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
- Industry Awareness: Familiarity with current interior design trends and styles to create relevant and impactful designs.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
