Interior Architect

We are looking for an Interior Architect who has strong architectural fundamentals but works primarily from an interior design and furniture execution perspective. This role requires someone who is highly skilled in technical drawings, site coordination, interior construction, and detailed furniture documentation.

• Prepare complete technical drawing sets, including:
• Furniture drawings
• MEP drawings
• Civil & interior layouts
• Sections, elevations & detailed working drawings
• Collaborate closely with design teams to translate concepts into accurate, build-ready drawings.
• Conduct regular site visits for execution planning, quality checks, measurement verification, and coordination.
• Work with contractors, vendors, and production teams to ensure precise execution.
• Oversee interior construction workflows, resolve site issues, and ensure timelines are met.
• Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and detail sheets when required.
• Maintain drawing standards, accuracy, and version control across projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture / Interior Architecture.
• 47 years of experience in interiors-focused architectural work.
• Strong expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and technical drafting.
• Proven experience in interior construction, civil coordination, and site execution.
• Excellent command over furniture detailing (a must).
• Ability to manage multiple projects with precision and accountability.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and on-site coordination skills.
