Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Architect based in Chennai. The Interior Architect will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing interior spaces, including creating design concepts, preparing architectural drawings, and overseeing the fit-out process. The role involves collaborating closely with clients, contractors, and team members to deliver tailored and functional solutions that meet project requirements while adhering to timelines and budgets.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Space Planning and Interior Design
- Proficiency in Architecture and Interior Architecture
- Experience with Interior Fit-out processes and techniques
- Strong design and visualization skills with an eye for detail
- Proficiency with design and architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
- Experience in project management and a thorough understanding of local regulations and building codes is a plus
