Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Interior Architect for a full-time on-site. In this position, you will be responsible for developing innovative interior designs, creating detailed architectural and structural plans, and overseeing interior fit-out projects to ensure seamless execution. Your day-to-day tasks will include space planning, collaborating with clients and stakeholders, and providing creative solutions to align with project goals and client expectations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design to create functional and aesthetically pleasing environments
- Strong skills in Architecture and Interior Architecture with an understanding of structural and design principles
- Experience in Interior Fit-out processes, including selection of materials, finishes, and furnishings
- Proficient in design software like AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools
- Strong visualization, creativity, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design
- Prior experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality design is a plus
