Clear Bracket is hiring for anInterior Architect / Architectfor one of our clients.
The studio is a premium residential design practice working primarily on large villas and high-end private homes.
This role is suited for someone early in their career who is looking to move beyond assistance-level work and take real ownership of design and execution outputs. The environment is hands-on, fast-paced, and quality-driven, with a strong focus on clean detailing, clarity of thought, and professional delivery.
What you will work on
- Design development for premium residential and villa projects.
- Spatial planning, layouts, and material selections with clear design rationale.
- Translating concepts into execution-ready drawings and coordination inputs.
- Working closely with drafting and 3D teams to ensure design intent is carried through accurately.
- Preparing clear, client-ready design presentations and documentation.
- Delivering work with speed, accuracy, and minimal rework.

- You can independently handle assigned areas or modules of a project.
- Your drawings and design outputs require fewer correction cycles.
- You demonstrate sound judgement in decision-making and know when to seek inputs.
- You contribute to smoother project flow and reduced supervision.

Technical requirements
Must-have

- Working knowledge ofSketchUp and or Revit.
- Basic presentation skills using InDesign, PowerPoint, or Canva with clean layout sense.
Work environment
- In-office role based in Agra.
- Structured working hours with clear expectations around timelines and accountability.
