Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for an Interior Architect. The Interior Architect will be responsible for space planning, interior architecture, and overseeing design projects from concept to execution. Day-to-day tasks include creating design concepts, detailed layouts, and specifications, as well as coordinating with construction teams for interior fit-outs. The role requires collaboration with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure project objectives, deadlines, and budgets are met.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design
• Strong expertise in Architecture and Interior Architecture
• Hands-on experience with Interior Fit-out projects
• Excellent technical drawing, drafting, and design skills, with proficiency in relevant architectural software
• Strong project management abilities, including communication and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field
• Experience in sustainable design practices is an advantage
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
