Interior Architect

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Interior Architect based in Gurugram, with some flexibility for remote work. The Interior Architect will be responsible for overseeing and executing interior architectural projects, including space planning, design development, and managing interior fit-outs. The role involves collaborating with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces while ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on schedule.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Space Planning and creating efficient layouts
• Proficiency in Interior Design, Decoration, and conceptualizing creative interiors
• Strong knowledge of Architecture and Interior Architecture principles
• Experience in managing Interior Fit-out projects, including vendor coordination
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D rendering tools
• Excellent communication, project management, and teamwork skills
• Understanding of sustainability principles in architectural design is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture is must
