Job Description

Role

Catalogue Management:

  • Maintain and manage catalogues in Vendor Central. Proactively identify and troubleshoot any issues or errors within Vendor Central, such as suppressed ASINs and and on cords.
  • Liaise with Vendor Support and AVS to resolve issues and maintain a smooth operational workflow.

New Item Setup:

  • Help to populate and submit New Item Setup (NIS) templates for new product launches twice a year per brand.
  • Maintain comprehensive NIS trackers on excel to share status and progress with the rest of team.
  • QA and troubleshoot listings once submitted, making sure PDPs are accurate and optimized by the go-live date.

Content Management:

  • Optimize product listings by uploading content through flat files and bulk uploads.
  • Conduct frequent catalogue audits to ensure high-quality product images and accurate product descriptions are reflecting on the Amazon PDPs.
  • Maintain up to date content trackers on excel to share status and progress with the rest of team.

Requirements

  • 5 - 7 years minimum work experience
  • Extensive Vendor Central knowledge and experience. Seller Central a plus.
  • Experienced in Amazon flat file uploads and understanding of listing/PDP best practices
  • Experience working on global accounts covering UK and India
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for collaborating with the global team and partners.
  • Self-driven and able to work effectively and efficiently in a remote setting.
  • Time management skills and the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
  • A keen eye for detail - crucial when managing product listings, content, and troubleshooting errors.
  • Extensive Amazon Vendor Central knowledge and experience.
  • Experienced in Amazon flat file uploads and understanding of listing/PDP best practices
  • Experience working on global accounts covering UK and IN, but able to identify synergies from other global markets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for collaborating with the global team and partners.
  • Self-driven and able to work effectively and efficiently
  • Time management skills and the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
  • A keen eye for detail - crucial when managing product listings, content, and troubleshooting errors.
  • Ability to work UK-business hours

  • Experience working with media agencies on Sponsored Ads & DSP strategy
