What Will Be Needed
- a passionate design practitioner, who is self taught or with bachelors/masters degree in design
- 1 - 5 years and above of relevant industry experience with a strong showcase of shipping
- B2B(preferred) and B2C products
- a good listener, receptive to feedback, and clear in articulating the impact of your design in verbal
- and visual presentation i.e. flows, information and navigation systems, storyboards, wireframes,
- clickable prototypes
- collaborate with UI development teams for an accurate implementation of the envisioned ideas
- keeping in mind industry best practices for performance, adaptability, and accessibility
- be proficient in designing experiences for multiple platforms (desktop, web, mobile)
- be conversant with the digital product industry landscape, the experience design trends and its
- mindful application in your design solutions
- have the ability to seamlessly work from remote locations, and with remote cross-functional teams,
- in an agile environment
- be proficient with popular design, collaboration, and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Invision, etc)
- active interest and demonstrated experience in thought leadership (events, conferences, webinars,
- papers, blogs, etc.) will be a big plus.
