We are seeking a dedicated Intensivist (MD/DNB - Anesthesia) with IDCCM certification to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional care to critically ill patients. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care for critically ill patients in the intensive care unit (ICU)
- Perform advanced procedures and interventions as required by patients conditions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Participate in on-call duties and emergency interventions as needed
- Educate and support patients families regarding care plans and prognosis
- Engage in continuous professional development and training opportunities
Skills and Qualifications
- MD/DNB in Anesthesia with IDCCM (Indian Diploma in Critical Care Medicine)
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge in critical care medicine
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions
- Proficiency in performing advanced life support techniques and procedures
- Familiarity with the latest critical care technologies and equipment.
