Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Intensive Care Nurse located in Faridabad. The Intensive Care Nurse will be responsible for providing high-level nursing care to critically ill patients, monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary medical team. The role involves emergency response, managing critical care equipment, and ensuring the well-being of patients in intensive care units. The candidate will also work closely with physicians to implement treatment plans and offer support to patients and their families.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Nursing and Emergency Nursing practices
• Skills in Critical Care Nursing, including patient monitoring and care in high-stress environments
• Knowledge of Critical Care Medicine and its application in patient treatments
• Strong understanding of general Medicine and administering medication
• Effective communication and teamwork skills for collaboration with medical staff and families
• Ability to work in fast-paced and high-pressure situations, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills
• Relevant credentials such as a Registered Nurse (RN) license and certification in Critical Care Nursing (e.g., CCRN) are preferred
• Experience in intensive care or emergency settings is highly desirable
