Job Title: Intensive/Critical Care Doctor (Expatriate)

Job Summary
The Intensive Care Physician is responsible for providing specialized, high-quality care to critically ill patients in the ICU. The role involves advanced life support, continuous patient monitoring, multidisciplinary team coordination, and ensuring adherence to clinical best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Provide 24/7 medical care and clinical leadership for critically ill ICU patients.
Perform advanced life support procedures, including intubation, ventilation management, and central line insertion.
Monitor and manage life-threatening conditions such as sepsis, respiratory failure, shock, and multi-organ failure.
Interpret diagnostic tests, including arterial blood gases, imaging, and laboratory results.
Lead and participate in daily multidisciplinary ward rounds.
Supervise junior doctors, nurses, and allied healthcare staff.
Respond to medical emergencies and conduct rapid response or code blue activities.
Ensure proper documentation of patient care and compliance with hospital policies.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, audits, and clinical governance.
Educate patients families and provide regular updates on clinical progress.
Qualifications & Experience
MBBS or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.
Postgraduate qualification in Intensive Care / Critical Care / Anaesthesia / Internal Medicine.
Valid medical license with the relevant Medical Council.
Minimum of 37 years clinical experience, with ICU-specific experience preferred.

Strong leadership and decision-making ability under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in shifts, night duties, and emergency on-call rotations.
Proficiency in the use of ventilators, monitoring systems, and ICU technology.
