We are looking for a highly skilled AI/LLM DeveloperLead who can build and lead a cutting-edge AI, LLM, and FullStack Python practice. This is a hands-on leadership role combining technical depth, solution engineering, and practice ownership
You will drive endtoend AI transformation, build scalable solution architectures, lead migration initiatives, and enable digital transformation across multiple business units. The role involves establishing strong engineering foundations, reusable accelerators, standards, and reference models that enable teams to deliver productiongrade, secure, scalable, and cost-effective AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead an AI/LLM + FullStack Python practice supporting multiple business units.
- Develop production-grade AI, LLM, and generative AI applications using Python and cloud-native technologies.
- Design and implement Migrations & Digital Transformation solutions through AI.
- Own solutioning, technical architecture, and commercial outcomes for AI initiatives.
- Define and institutionalize best practices, reusable accelerators, and reference architectures.
- Mentor cross-functional squads (Developers, MLOps, Architects, Analysts).
- Collaborate with stakeholders on gotomarket offerings and customer-facing solution demos.
- Ensure delivery of solutions that are secure, cost-optimized, scalable, and aligned with enterprise standards.
- Lead and influence full-stack development efforts (Python, APIs, microservices, cloud-native frameworks).
- Work closely on MLOps pipelines, model lifecycle management, and deployment automation.
Required Skills & Experience
- 1012 years of experience in AI Development, Solution Engineering, and FullStack Python.
- Strong working expertise in LLM application patterns, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector stores, prompt engineering, and model optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Python, FastAPI/Flask, microservices, containers (Docker/K8s).
- Deep knowledge in cloud-native architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI, Databricks, Azure ML).
- Demonstrated track record in AI-driven migrations, modernization, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and solutionpresentation skills.
