You will driveendtoend AI transformation, build scalable solution architectures, lead migration initiatives, and enable digital transformation across multiple business units. The role involves establishing strong engineering foundations, reusable accelerators, standards, and reference models that enable teams to deliverproductiongrade, secure, scalable, and cost-effective AI solutions.

We're seeking a hands-on AI/LLM Lead/Architect to build and lead a pioneering AI, LLM, and FullStack Python practice. This role drives end-to-end AI transformation, solution engineering, and digital modernization across enterprise platforms, delivering secure, scalable, and cost-effective solutions. Responsibilities include architecting production-grade AI applications, leading migration, and automation initiatives, and establishing process automation best practices and reusable frameworks across business apps. Strong expertise in Python, cloud-native technologies, LLM patterns, and stakeholder engagement is essential, along with a proven track record in AI-driven transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead anAI/LLM + FullStack Python practicesupporting multiple business units.
• Developproduction-grade AI, LLM, and generative AI applicationsusing Python and cloud-native technologies.
• Design and implementMigrations & Digital Transformation solutions through AI.
• Ownsolutioning, technical architecture, and commercial outcomesfor AI initiatives.
• Define and institutionalizebest practices, reusable accelerators, and reference architectures.
• Mentor cross-functional squads (Developers, MLOps, Architects, Analysts).
• Collaborate with stakeholders ongotomarket offeringsand customer-facing solution demos.
• Ensure delivery of solutions that aresecure, cost-optimized, scalable, and aligned with enterprise standards.
• Lead and influence full-stack development efforts (Python, APIs, microservices, cloud-native frameworks).
• Work closely onMLOps pipelines, model lifecycle management, and deployment automation.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1012 years of experience inAI Development, Solution Engineering, and FullStack Python.
• Strong working expertise inLLM application patterns, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector stores, prompt engineering, and model optimization.
• Hands-on experience withPython, FastAPI/Flask, microservices, containers (Docker/K8s).
• Deep knowledge incloud-native architecture(AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience withMLOps tools(MLflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI, Databricks, Azure ML).
• Demonstrated track record inAI-driven migrations, modernization, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and solutionpresentation skills.
