Requirements:

- PQE: 7-10years

- Engineering/Tech/Science + LLB/LLM (IPR preferred)

- IT/tech company background

Experience in:

- IP & tech contracts (SaaS, licensing, research agreements)

- Patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets

- Patent drafting/prosecution (India/US/EP)

- Emerging tech advisory
